Now let's focus on Cusco Trails! They are insane. You will find all kinds of trails and each one will be unique. You have rock gardens trails, Inca's trails, switchbacks around cliffs, flow ones with jumps and berms, etc... but the most impressive thing is the landscape. It doesn't matter were you turn your head, you'll see beautiful mountains and valleys. Most of them starts at 4200-4800 meters altitude and you'll downhill at least 30 minutes or more!

The tech and the descents are legit! They also have a fleet of bikes to rent that are kept in awesome shape (Kona Process). All the guides are serious rippers on bikes (note to you advanced level riders).

If you're looking for more of a beginner/intermediate ride, that's cool too! They can adjust their rides to your abilities. I can't say enough great things about these guys. Communication is great and they'll do anything they can to help you out. I just returned from my trip and I'm already thinking about booking another."

"So glad we found Bill and Nicole, this was by far one of the coolest and most fun DH rides we have done so far, Close second is heli biking in Canada.Everything was as described, bikes were in good condition and they took the time to properly set them up for the specific person and preferences.Great shuttle transportation had ample room for people and gear, fresh water on board.The two rides we did very cool, riding on Inka roads, through villages and farms with wild life, fun flow and some decent technical.Will definitely be back for more of this!Thank you Bill and Nicole for a great experience."

Last November I went on the trip of a lifetime. A group of my closest childhood friends visited Peru on a 10-day mountain bike trip. It was nothing short of FUCKING AMAZING. Having grown up riding bikes, I love every aspect of the sport that consumes my personal life. But that wasn’t what I was most excited for, it was to experience a new culture, a new landscape, and take in the raw elements of Peru. And doing it with close friends while welcoming each and every person we crossed paths with along the way. The Ausangate adventure day did just that - It revealed the true heritage and culture of the country, in a setting that was not surrounded by tourism. The raw experience of Peru that I was seeking, came during those 3 days at 10,000+ elevation.Bill and Nic are complete legends and accommodated all of our needs flawlessly.

Another level of adventure!

I’ve crossed off a lot of locations on my mountain bike bucket-list: Alps, Rockies, PNW. Along the way I’ve used a number of different guides and outfits, but the time and trails shown to us in Peru by Haku Expeditions was another level of adventure. Our 10-day mountain bike holiday was unlike anything I’ve experienced, with daily 3000m shuttles, the flexibility for as much or as little riding as we wanted, and exposure to the traditional Peruvian way of life in a respectful manner. To top it off, the trails were beyond good — real singletrack — real corners — endless flow on ancient trails. For me, the highlight was the Ausangate Loop and expedition. With the 6384m peak poking through the clouds above us and avalanches rumbling down glaciers in the distance, we rode high speed alpine singletrack past glacial lakes and towering scree fields. By the time we were back at the hot springs, I had re-added Peru to the top of my list.
